The meeting reported on the accomplishments and financial affairs of the association for the year 2004 as well as saw the election of 15 office bearers for the 5th Management Committee and two internal auditors for the two-year term.

At the end of the AGM, members took the opportunity to visit the new clubhouse and tested their vocal prowess in the new karaoke lounge.
