- a copy of your NRIC/FIN and ITE Qualification
- cheque of the applicable amount ($34 for 3-years, $58 for 5-years, $118 for 10-years), made payable to ITE Alumni Association. (The amount payable includes 'once-off' entrance fee of $10 and annual subscription of $12, and a discount of $12.)
