NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 28th AGM of the ITE Alumni Association will be held on:

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
- Confirmation of the Minutes of the 27th AGM;
- Acceptance of President’s Report for the period January to December 2024;
- Acceptance of Honorary Treasurer and Auditors’ Report for the period January to December 2024;
- Election of members of the Management Committee and Honorary Auditors for the following terms; and
- Any Other Business
Nominations must be received by the Honorary Secretary not less than five (5) days before the date of the Annual General Meeting. Nomination form can be downloaded at http://www.itealumni.org.sg/. Members who wish to include items in the Agenda should send them to the Honorary Secretary by Thu 13 March 2025.
